✍️ Contribute to Phemius
How You Can Help
Phemius is a community project, and I welcome contributions from readers, writers, and enthusiasts. There are several ways you can get involved and help grow the collection.
Submit a Story
Have a story you'd like to share? I would love to hear from you! To contribute a story:
- Prepare your story as a plain text file (.txt) or another format that can be easily copied to a .txt file
- Format the first line as:
Author: Your Name, assuming you would like full credit - Save the file with a descriptive name (e.g.,
my_story_title.txt) - Use double line breaks between paragraphs for proper formatting
- Contact the library administrator to submit your contribution
Story Guidelines
To ensure quality and consistency, please follow these guidelines when submitting stories:
- Format: Plain text (.txt) files or similar
- Length: Stories can be any length, but the site isn't optimized for novels
- Author Line: First line must be formatted as "Author: Your Name"
- Content: All stories should be original or properly licensed for sharing
- Language: Stories can be in English or other languages (specify if needed)
- Quality: Please proofread your work for spelling and grammar errors
Suggest Improvements
Even if you don't have a story to contribute, I would love to hear your ideas for improving Phemius:
- Suggest new features or functionality
- Report bugs or technical issues
- Recommend stories or authors for the collection
- Provide feedback on user experience and design
- Suggest improvements to accessibility and performance
Become a Curator
If you're passionate about literature and storytelling, consider becoming a Phemius curator. Curators help review submissions, organize collections, and ensure the library maintains high standards. Email me to learn more about curator opportunities.
Share the Library
Simply sharing Phemius with friends and fellow readers helps me grow the community. If you enjoy using the library, tell others about it and help me reach more people who love great stories.
Technical Contributions
Are you a developer? I may be looking for contributors who can help with:
- Bug fixes and code improvements
- New feature development
- Performance optimization
- Accessibility enhancements
- Testing and quality assurance
